The Fade of Critical Thinking & Rebirth of Modern Dictatorial Leaders
The 21-century era, the century of Enlightenment, globalization & liberalization of prohibited rights. Does it, resemble the perfect frame without any kind of flaw? Of course resembles it, with one simple word, called “façade”.
This strongly lying instrument is used continuously for raising up our days the leaders who do not recognize the vital importance of critical thinking & this is the misfortune of our time. But why does our society, our system need critical thinking? Man is the most complex figure compared to a Hamlet figure, which in the most decisive moment can make the fatal fault. To avoid this fatal
irreparable guilt, man needs to put himself into ideological action by using critical thought to take a clear reflection that will lead him to be more rational and possess a fair trial for the decisive moments. It puts us in the third position by observing in detail both sides of the coin before making an analytical and reasoned judgment. The logical connection makes us understand our acts like parallel example scales with the stones where the stones represent our positive or negative actions belongs our life path. The reason calls the judgment to act and the judgment calls the critical thought to be fair with the act.
Arises question, is if the modern leaders that lead us into this enlightened age possess this strongly and highly level of thinking? Before we will give an objective argument regarding this question, as the topic itself we need to use critical thought by observing this matter from different perspectives. Humanity is immersed in the digital age, where most of the perception-based through this giant social network platform and so rarely in the reality of life. The iron curtain between reality and the sub-reality is impenetrable which brings losing humanity’s ability to have the maturity and fair judgment for our leader that leads our lives. Often they fall blindly into darkness and truly believe the façade instrument that is widely displayed on giant digital social networks.
On the other side of the coin, modern leaders who rise up on the power throne from this digital society are like the perfect frame with big flaws inside. They tried so hard to maintain their public image, to be more clarify the image as the first word, not the double meaning which we defined it. This strong care that they give for a fake public image makes people believe that the reality they are living is the best thanks to their leadership. Do not need, nowadays a strong critical thinker with progressive and innovative ideas person to win the final battle for leading the pyramid of state. Even the division between East and West that comes from different of the principles for foundation of the state, both are using this lying instrument to be the on ‘throne’. Most of the slogans are which appear to their election campaigns are stupid in the term of content. Just the image without any logical word. This fatalism is unscrupulous support by the voice of truth, media itself which has played the strings with the power that possesses.
By jumping on the main reason, why the critical thought disappear as a thinking methodology for running the responsible state system? To find the reason of disappeared we should find the reason why it was created for? Firstly let’s take a short look at our past society system as tyranny, slavery, dictatorship, communism, and democracy. Democracy was the best system when demos Kratos (people decide), invented this content since on antiquity time. The greatest philosophers of Antiquity time like Plato, Aristotle, Socrates created the thinking methodology include the main one, critical thought as laying to foundations the democratic state and independent system. According to them, critical thinking was a high level of human thinking capacity, it’s based on universal intellectual values which go beyond clarity, accuracy, precision, consistency, relevance, reasonable evidence, strong reasons, impartially of our perception. This methodology points out the responsibly and fair leaders, with high oratorical and high thinker
levels. Enough to see the way they behaved with their people to understand the ideological values they carried out. It was the greatest outpouring of the pure philosophical line for that time. Through passing ourselves in our time, we realize what the deep loss we have it and how weakly thinker is
now our society. It is very interesting to say how the time has not improved for the system, progressive the values or culture, but is like the clockwise have stopped and ‘well playing’ with old principles.
The image rises to the empty pedestal for rebirthing the ‘perfect’ modern leader, an illogical, infallible, uncultured person. Throughout their leadership journey, you may find the interesting part, they never criticize themselves but always find someone to be guilty of their governance shortcoming. It is a genius passing of the ball towards a non-existent opponent. This truncated
judgment of self in front of public eyes leaves no room for any intellectual values. A leader who fails to judge, criticize, reason analytically shows the signs of a dictator. Only dictators do not criticize themselves, they are like tangible gods. So with few words, knowledge, critical thought, justice turned to dust by rebirthing our new modern dictators inside this ridiculous democratic system which uses the fundamental principles only on paper.
Will there be hope in this immersive darkness? Will there be a place for recovery and returning of ideological values? Will critical thinking return as vital importance for having responsible leaders and an independent democratic system?
Any lost value will be restored again but in another strong form to be resistant for the time. Awakening is starting from human consciousness to have a democratic system with democratic values due to the violation of their rights. On another side, the façade instrument is impossible to stay in infinity because one day like any liar it will fall, in the end. Critical thinking will be
revived from this deep sleep that has been staying for many years. Nowadays we have a smaller active minority that is trying day by day to revive these ideological values with various instruments. One of the main revives values that this luckily active minority is leaving for our community is the legacy of philosophical books which describe the all human thinking
methodology. This thread of light hope is for the consolidation of our community, our society. Raising the voice of reason is starting to move the wires of her mandolin. These mandolin wires will start to play more powerfully over time and will strongly require leaders with intellectual backgrounds to govern the state. Maybe anyone will say it seems to be very slowly process?
Yes, it is but will pass step by step until the main goal will be reached out and we need to act now more until waiting for inpatient for our brightest future.
